Why would weinke be a solid hire? No coaching experience or am I missing something?

Weike coaches at an academy in Florida that is the equivalent of AAU basketball. He is known as a good QB coach, and his gig has enabled him to score some big connections with prospects and high school coaches. Oh, and he won a Heisman. He would be a grand slam hire as a QB Coach
