Pretty sure they still do the breakfast for the Derby and still a good thing to go to. Not sure where they hold it now but you should go at least once.

I just called him to ask ... he said he does, It's "in there with some of his (Masonic) things."

I'm glad you asked me that question Cheese - it's something he's going to show me the next time I go up there. I would have never known to ask while he was still alive otherwise.

He said he's not sure which Governor signed it but he'll look and see when he gets home.
