Honestly can't decide. Coop is a much better route runner and has better hands. The tease with Julio was/is his physical abilities and what he may have done with a better QB.
IF I HAVE to choose I'm taking Coop. With a better QB(not knocking Blake) he may have even had better numbers.

i'd take julio if i were recruiting for a college team ... take amari if drafting for a pro team ...
