So two Bama teams combo Saban/Shula recruits and Phil Fulmer are the only teams listed from the SEC. I didn't look at the basis of the ranking, but this has to be flawed.

Its based on draft picks for the whole team so for instance the 2001 Miami team gets credit for Kelly Jennings (CB drafted in the 1st rd in 2006 by Seattle) even though he was redshirting that year.
