Get tired of that continual mantra. Yeah yeah, someone will always bitch if 64 or 2 teams. Bitching is not the issue but teams that deserve a shot.
We have 4 teams that are worthy of playing but 2 that are and are not.

So you want to have a sliding number every year...4 teams one year, five teams the next, etc. Makes a lot of sense to me.
