There is some sort of entertainment tax for Knoxville and Knox Co that people get upset about. If I remember right, season ticket holders that don't live in Knox were especially upset by it, but it brings in quite a bit of money for the city/county.

So yeah, I guess scheduling a neutral site game every year would cut cost some. Other than that, I'm not too familiar with it.
