Well, considering the 12th place team in the SEC (Arkansas) skull dragged the 8th place team in the B12 (Texas Tech) 49-28, I'd say the SEC is stronger top to bottom.
Everybody talks about the SEC being top heavy, nobody talks about the middle and lower tier SEC teams kicking the shite out of other conferences.

You aren't listening then. Everyone knows that in football, the SEC lords it over the Sunbelt, Southland and American conferences.
