I wonder how the good citizens of Atlanta feel about subsidizing a billion-and-a-half-dollar stadium. Probably not super good.

The citizens of Atlanta are on the hook for $200,000,000. The rest will be paid for by the hotel/motel tax, just like Turner Field, the Ga. Dome, Phillips Arena etc. Atlanta has never took a hit on a new sports facility like some other cities have, the economy of Atlanta & N. Ga. is too diverse & vibrant.
