On top of all that, it's making the recommendation to cut football based on the assumption that UAB would build a few buildings. Doesn't mention the fact those buildings were going to be paid for by boosters.
NOT TO MENTION THE FACT THAT THEY AREN'T REDUCING SPENDING.

Crazy asking football coaches what it would take to be successful at football. Somebody needs to investigate CarrConsulting for dereliction of duty or something.
