Read the fricking OP. He was asking about a scenario and I gave rational, fact based responses to it. I wouldn't be able to discredit MSU if the things I said weren't actually true.

MSU deserved their #1 ranking without any doubt when they had it, it has nothing to do with names. If OSU wins out, I think they would have a better resume for the 4th spot based on games played.

1) You're probably not going to be playing in the SECCG.
2) If you do, you will most assuredly lose.
3) If you could have beat an abysmal Florida team, you wouldn't be waiting on a Missouri team that lose to Indiana to back your way in to a championship game.

Well I, along with plenty of other people committee included, don't think that they do or will have a better resume. Which is exactly why this is all opinion and not "facts" which you honestly think you are using here.
