Pretty sure a BCS Bowl appearance (January 2011) was within the past 5 years. (note, never been done by Old Mis)
The following year - January 2012 - a Cotton Bowl win and a top-5 national ranking to finish the year.
In baseball, the Hogs went to Omaha in 2012. I'm assuming that is considered a "major" sport, right?
How 'bout a two game win streak in basketball against Kentucky? Y'know...winning at Rupp and such.
