Both symptoms of both great coaching and recruiting -- are they not? Is determining hard working players with the ability to grow and the determination to stick around 5 years not a huge part of recruiting? Is causing them to reach their potential not a huge part of coaching?

A seasoned core group of players can win in the current atmosphere, with record numbers of players leaving early. If you have developed, experienced players they can compete with rosters filled with guys having NFL measurables.
