Yeah, maybe you should go ask him face to face. You know man to man. You know, as in getting your arse stomped into the ground.
The guy has been a rock for AU, he made a mistake. It happens, except maybe for you. But I would like to see you discuss it with him.

Reese made a mistake. I don't think OP was meant to call him out as much as he was genuinely wondering what happened (as in the communication problem). Like Gus said "there's no pointing fingers, we win together and we lose together". The same guys that made the mistakes are the same guys that made it possible to be in the position we've been in for the past two years.
