Just one account, but LSU fans this year in Auburn talked quite a bit about hating bama. Not sure if it was because they were in AU and Bama is our rival, which made them bring it up. But all I heard was talk about bama, all pre game

It's called 'ingratiating' - in the hopes that Auburn would take pity and bust out the K-Y.
Alas, it was not to be...
