Did not expect this. I think it remains to be seen how we play without Treadwell, but this seems accurate disregarding injuries.

I was a little suprised. After seeing LSu at 19 last week with 2 losses figured we would be down there as well. The committee is giving us A LOT of credit for our wins/losses.

Win out and we will be placed in a Playoff Committee bowl game. i could see them putting us with like a TCU or Baylor to see our D against their O

Well it looks like we could jump up 2 spots this coming up week with TCU/Kansas State and ND/Arizona State. Also hopefully my Utes can pull the upset over Oregon this week.

Is the Orange Bowl one of those bowls? If so this or the Citrus Bowl in Orlando are the only two I want.

We probably have a better shot at climbing the CFB playoff ladder than winning the SEC West as crazy as it sounds...

Can you elaborate?

Also, if we get the Orange bowl, I would be pretty ecstatic.

10-2 Ole Miss handing 11-1 State or 11-1 Bama their only loss would obv appeal to the committee.

Getting to ATL requires a more linked (unrealistic) series of events.

Either state or Alabama would also have one more loss since they play eachother

I'm in no way saying it's gonna happen. But what IF we did find ourselves at like say 6th going into the egg bowl. Then we beat an undefeated #1 ranked State. Could you imagine if we somehow jumped to 4 and they fell to 5. Could you imagine the meltdown certain fans would have.

AGAIN I know it's prolly not realistic plus they would go to Atl and prolly re jump us if they won but still it would be hilarious haha

If MSU is undefeated going into the Egg they would have already won the west. Our resume would look very good having already beat two #1 teams in the same season.

They wouldn't fall to #5. Even if they did they'd have the SECCG to get back in.

Our best chance is for teams to eat each other up allowing us to continue moving up.

There's a possibility that we can be 10-2 with a win over 11-1 SECW Champ Bama OR 11-1 SECW Champ MSU is all I'm saying.

That would carry weight with the committee.
