I think it's about a whole beer to get .05. If they're going to have it that low you might as well outlaw it. WHen I first heard 5 times the limit, I thought he was near .4 which is close to comatose. Driving like a 22 year old male probably factored heavily into it as well.
So sad.

It is so sad. And that was kind of my point. Not that it was good, but saying 5 times the legal limit certainly made it sound worse than it was.
