re: Should McDonalds employees get paid $15.00 an hour?

I have said this on here before, it is my opinion that paying employees better at places like McDonalds would help them keep better employees. and make their stores run better.

The way it is now, managers and assistant managers spend most of their time hiring and training new employees instead of actually running the store.

Fewer well trained people could actually run the store. and you would get better service as well.
