corporations were formed in the incubator of ancient piracy as they were the basis for modern corporation. The captain only got a double share and could be removed at any time by the majority vote of the crew.
Imagine if those rules still applied to modern corporate america.

I had some pretty awful summer jobs back in the day, that were probably around the same level of working at mcdonalds. If you told me I deserved to be paid $15.00 an hour, I'd have laughed at you. It's ridiculous.
