I've heard that the SEC, UGA, UF, and CBS basically have an agreement to make sure that the WLOCP is not a night game for safety reasons

well, a few things:

-CBS has a deal to televise this game, and outside of a small few exceptions CBS plays at 3:30. So it only makes sense that the game won't be at night
-The city of jacksonville and both schools basically have a gentleman's agreement to never play at night again.

The only time we ever have was one of the years that ESPN used one of their priority picks and got to pick first and took that game and aired at 7:45. The amount of arrests, fights, trash, and just general mayhem was too much for one city to handle so it was decided that won't happen again.

No wonder, considering Georgia people trash their own campus at home games. Litter used to be crazy. Nobody else does that that Im aware of.
