Notre Dame going 11-1 doesn't matter they won't have beaten a top 10 team this year. Not 1, so how is an 11-1 Notre Dame in the same conversation as an 11-1 SEC West team?

Notre Dame has brand status and national appeal. they bring eyeballs from all over the country and advertisers love eyeballs. Alabama is the only SEC school near that kind of drawing power. Tennessee used to have that power when that had the fat guy. Tigers (Auburn and LSU) and Gators are probably the next step down. Georgia and Texas A&M are probably just below them. After that you get to teams that have a singular good year. Vanderbilt is probably the bottom.
