Well, in his defense, every team in the SEC west is likely buying recruits on a SWC 1980s level.

I never said that UGA didn't cheat. I said the West was cheating on a SWC 1980s level. UGA is just on the typical current SEC level. The proof that UGA obviously isn't buying too many recruits is the number of high profile ones they lose on NSD.
