Most of Herschel's comments are about Winston. Herschel was never accused of rape, never accused of shoplifting, and never stood up on a table and shouted obscenities. Herschel was always humble. In fact, when he scored touchdowns, he never did a dance, spiked the ball, taunted anyone, he just hand the ball to the ref and jogged away. So no hypocrisy here.

The only thing in this article that you could possible claim hypocrisy on is him not wanting to vote for Gurley. But he said he can't do this until this is cleared up. Meaning he cannot vote for someone who is currently in an investigation.

Herschel never says that he did not also do some things wrong, I am sure he probably did. But he recognizes the importance of being a representative of UGA.
