re: Second person in the car with Gurley lawyers up

I scanned through the first couple pages of resposes so this may have been stated.

But I have no idea why these guys didn't lawyer up sooner. Not because black helicopters and shite, just because if you are in any way, shape, or form a potential suspect in any type of case it's pretty dumb not to get a lawyer. Alignment of incentives, police and attorneys incentives are to prosecute and convict all involved for specific crimes. If your a potential suspect, this may not align with your fricking incentives. I hate law, thoroughly, but the second I'm being interrogated I will shut the frick up until I consent somebody that knows what they're doing.

ETA: This doesn't change if you know you're innocent or guilty.
