It has been addressed, and yes. supposedly.
That's the whole reason this is even public now, becuase the original guy got mad that he wasn't exclusive anymore.

This is the part that I think drags out. Perhaps the NCAA will want to look into this further and they are so slow about this type of thing it's pathetic.
