I agree with what you're saying about it being Todd's fault. If he took money, he broke the rules . Simple. But there should be some punishment for these dealers. A fine, banning them from stuff, something. There is nothing stopping these guys from approaching these kids. This guy made his money and I'm sure he will do it again.

Why? He did nothing illegal. I get what you are saying though but we don't need more laws. We need the players to just avoid breaking rules.

The government isn't good at anything.

Imagine one dealer getting accused of getting players to sign for money by another dealer. Now we have to spend money on an investigation, courts, etc...

The answer already exists. Players don't sign for money.

Well as far as I know the ncaa can't punish them and they haven't broken any laws that I known of so good luck with that
