If it was 10X better, then it still sucked. 10 times 0 is 0. He adds nothing and his callers are all loud idiots.
I cannot believe with all of the talent out there that he is on the SEC channel. Even Tebow at least tries to add value.

Quite frankly that is kind of the point. It was morons from Alabama talking about sports in Alabama and it was funny. If you weren't from Alabama I don't know why you would find it funny, which is why I never understood why it expanded outside of that area (except, of course, for money).

That's because you like format radio, where you hear the same jock or radio nerd ( cowherd mike and mike ) say the same BS over and over every day.
I prefer to hear the fans point of view. Different strokes for different folks, but I think anyone who listens to the same opinions of the same people day after day has a screw loose, I can't stand mike & mike or cowterd.

The callers at one time weren't all high school drop outs. Bobby from Homewood was an Auburn grad and he was at least fairly intelligent. He did have a bad case of little brother syndrome because his calls were always about Alabama.
Bobby's calls were like nails on a chalkboard to a lot of Alabama fans. It drove them insane. He would call in and bash Alabama and then every single call for the next hour would be from an Alabama fan bashing him
