Totally agreed. They made a business decision and whether or not she's racist is inconsequential. If there was no stipulation, then she will lose -- but if she picked the donor from a set of pictures and biographical information (which they generally do), she go'n' win.

Maybe she can just give the defective kid back. Obviously she doesnt want the poor child.
