They haven't found the original person that authored the threat - still under investigation. There were at least 2 others that unwisely chose to publicize their opinions during the panic from last week and they've been arrested, and rightly so IMO.

Why do you think criminal activity should 'flow like water under a bridge'?
But I'll say this, over the years I've evacuated buildings 3 times due to bomb threats. At no point did I ever feel terror.
