I guess I am too because the question in the OP is pretty stupid. It implies that a person can get a free photo ID, neglecting to mention who would foot the bill.

And what if they lose it, do they get a free replacement? If offering free voter ID cards outweighed the risk of voter impersonation, there would already be a federal law in place. There are only 9 states with strict photo ID laws, 7 of which are Red.
