Comparing Rice vs ArkansasFrom what I am seeing out of Arky, it looks like Bert will turn the ship around They look as good as anyone with their starters, but they don't have the depth to hang for 4 quarters against the elite teams, not this year I will be surprised if they don't pick up 2 conference wins and a bowl based on what I have seen so far Next year will be better and 2016 SHOULD have them competitive for the west
