He was great in his first stint here and is doing even better this time around, IMO.

One of the best DL coaches period. Guy absolutely magnifies our DL talent.

Yeah it doesn't seem like the guy gets very much credit. He was here when Croom got to a bowl game. Joker Phillips ineptitude got him back here.

He's a great coach and is underrated as a MS recruiter, although he's no Chris Wilson in that regard(much better coach though)...
Really, the whole staff outside of Hev are pretty good recruiters. Still would like to see us grab one additional lights out guy/excellent special teams coach and shuffle Sallach -- but Sallach is a decently underrated recruiter in his own right...
