Hey, didn't mean to weird you out. The deal is this. I'm an artist and I have a website where I do business. My customers search for me by name and keep coming up with these stupid links referencing the BS stories and blogs from January about my bogus arrest. Yeah, I copied and pasted the same letter to most of the links so my customers would see what's going on when they get to links like yours.
Unfortunately, it wasn't just a bogus story that affected me. I was also physically attacked and am still a bit stunned by it all and probably am overreacting to all the hate from the public that came about because my pic looked so bad--of course, that's how a woman looks after she's been strangled and punched, ya know?
So, yeah. It's really me. You all are human. Why not talk to you like you are?

I appreciate your clarifying the situation here and really do mean it when I say that I'm sorry for what happened (hence I opted to delete the thread altogether).

I'm also sorry that the collective media hasn't done its due diligence to update the story to reflect that the bogus charges were dropped (the first I'd heard of them being dropped was after you'd posted and I did some digging to find that the Huffington Post had recently updated their old article). I hope that your attempts at having the public record reflect what really happened are successful.

And if I may - while you're here - compliment you on your artwork, it really is quite beautiful. I understand and support your wanting to defend not only your name (first and foremost) but your work and resulting business as well. A lesson certainly learned and I wish you the best
