alabama, auburn, uga, florida, LSU...
Thats 5 that have better programs, then you have USC, Notre Dame, Nebraska, michigan, penn st, oklahoma, texas. Not saying they are all better but certainly up there. Maybe top 10, but it doesnt really matter. There are some really strong football programs out there!

UT is the #2 program overall in the SEC
AU/LSU/UF/UGA can all fight it out for 3-6

No. Nebraska has a much bigger talent issue than UT has. Michigan too. They're old news. The pedo stuff at Penn State will pose an issue and they can't get enough speed.

UT is between 10-15 IMHO. you forgot Ohio State and Oregon and FSU.
