Except for West and Middle Tennessee are much more like Georgia in that the entire area isn't 100% in-state based. They may not have an Auburn in-state, but they have to deal with Ole Miss/Alabama/Georgia/Auburn/etc taking a kid or two each year due to various circumstances.

In Alabama, most kids are going to go to Alabama or Auburn (when both or 1 is good) except for the 5% from the coast that decide on LSU or FSU.
