You ignore the crazy comments made by Alabama's current head coach and focus instead on comments made 10 years ago. You then accuse others of deflecting. No wonder you brought up tidefans in an earlier post. I am sure you posted there at some point and fit right in on that board

Comments he apologized for, and comments to his credit that didn't compare other people or a rivalry to various wars.
We are talking about an AU official describing at length the rivalry as a war, fighting for each inch, and saying that AU was going after children. In no way was Saban's off the cuff comparison and this pointed diatribe similar.
Auburn fans are quick to deflect because the truth hurts. Housel needed to see a therapist after those comments publically and it wasn't anything off the cuff- I have every reason to believe Housel thinks the way he spoke.
