I was only citing an AJC article:

Assuming an arrest for possession qualifies as a positive test and it’s Marshall’s first-such encounter at Auburn, Marshall’s parents or guardians will be informed, he will be required to attend counseling and evaluation and he’ll be subjected to weekly drug-testing for the next 12 months. LINK

If the assumption in the article is correct regarding arrest/citation = failed test, he's supposed to be getting tested weekly, and if he's got marijuana in his system he would fail.

If it were true, Gus was around for Michael Dyer's implosion under similar circumstances so I would hope and think he would want to deal with the issue severely lest he risk losing control of the team.

I certainly hope that Marshall has his head screwed on right by now, but I'm not defending him. Personally, I was ready to drive down to Auburn to kick his arse last summer. I simply don't believe the rumor.
