Here's a list of the names in my family: Eddie (jr.), Valerie, Eddie (III), Damani, Miriam Mariama, Valeria Ayanna, Eann Arthur, Janaya Jessalyn, Josias Hakeem, Nikolos Elias, and Jubilee Rose.
Those are all fine. A slightly unusual name probably isn't much of a problem. None of those venture on "Jaqueeza, Laquisha, ShaNayNay" territory. People aren't that stupid, and there's usually an obvious difference between a ethnic/family/religious name and made-up stupid sounding name. For example, I judge the frick out of these white people naming their kids Braeson and Hayden and Jaedan and fricking Tiffaneelynn

I just thought about all my family's names and realized how stereotypical white it is.

I have john, john mark, Wayne, Walt, Steve, Stephen, Yvonne, Dennis, Eddie, Jessica, Samantha, Paige, Ashley, Ariel, Alexis, Derek, carter, Francis, Sidney, Emily, Tiffany, Michael, Susie just to name some. White as frick

frickin', god, yes. That. Name your kid responsibly.

We don't need fricking "Apples" and "Pilot Inspektors" running around.

People may be good people and I'd hate to judge people prematurely, but if I saw those names on a resume? No way. No way I take a chance.
