Because we're including a person in the initial Cici's fight as black -- and in my opinion is not a victim if in a mutual fight.
There are no other black victims, and it's clear that the guy in the blue protect vest was not rendered unconscious as the other Kroger Employee was.

So because he wasn't beaten as severely he doesn't count? That's an interesting point of view.
