Kid is lucky he is not in the state pen. Dakota Mosley was just the get away driver and never went inside the house, yet he was sentenced to 3 years in prison for his role in the robbery at Auburn a few years ago.

You make a good point, but the fact remains that Pettway didn't personally assault anybody, as has been misstated on this forum many times. Also, I'd imagine the fact that he has never had any previous problem with the law before may have been a factor, don't you think?
