Should just be the 12 best teams, no automatic bids but give higher consideration to P5 conference champions
-First 4 get byes and host second round at home
-5-12 play at higher seed's venue
-Re-seed after each round so highest seed plays lowest seed
-Final 4 play as normal in bowl sites
-NC is up for bids by any site

No I really think the conference playoff is about as fair as we can expect it to be. Nothing perfect but everyone has a chance to get to their conference playoff and I think top 8 should be in, now the order at which they are ranked, I am ok with some objective measure, such as BCS like
