The At-large bids should cause controversy. That would make it interesting. However, having the automatics from the BCS conference winners will do away with rankings and biases (which will be where the screwups come from this year). If your team wins the conference, they are in.
There's always a few FCS teams that are pretty good each year. I doubt this year will be any different.

BIG12 would have to pick up 2 more teams at least. and i think all conferences should be required to have a minimum of 14 teams so no complaints could arise from that either
