The At-large bids should cause controversy. That would make it interesting. However, having the automatics from the BCS conference winners will do away with rankings and biases (which will be where the screwups come from this year). If your team wins the conference, they are in.
There's always a few FCS teams that are pretty good each year. I doubt this year will be any different.

Well now it's 4 "at large" bids and no one knows what criteria the selection committee will use. We can all guess, but that committee is slam full of self interest.
