In arm strength? No. Experience won't give him more arm strength. Experience will help him avoid running the play clock down and burning timeouts. Experience will help him to improve at decision making under pressure...which he already did a damn good job at last night.
But no...more experience is not going to give him the type of arm that everyone seems to wish he had.
