I wasn't aware that you could legally make a full auto weapon that isn't made for law enforcement. According to the article all weapons that are full auto are pre-ban (1986).

I don't understand how this company is making them for individuals.

Can you explain?

This is the case. If someone has a full auto, post 86, it's not legal, if it's not LE. Anyone can own one with a Class III license, but it best be pre 86.
