WHAT A frickING WHORE! He signed a contract to make money off of his likeness?!

I have no problem with him signing the contract. However, if I am a NFL team and he brought cameras in my training camp....yes...there is a problem. He turned himself into a distraction. If the Cleveland Browns can tell Manziel to cool it and not be a distraction...why is it ok for Sam to become a distraction?

He KISSED someone he LOVES?! fricking SICK!

I did not want to see homosexual love on my TV, and I would not want my children to see it.

OH MY frickING CHRIST NO WAY?! Has this man lost his mind?

It was a calculated stunt. I blame ESPN as much as him for playing and replaying it.

It's pretty obvious that the only reason you care is because he's gay.

You are correct. Did I not make myself clear?

He's doing what anybody else in his shoes, gay or straight, would do.

Funny. I don't EVER remember seeing ANY other player smashing cake in their lovers face after being drafted...straight or homosexual. I also don't know of any other NFL active player signing a contract with Oprah to follow them around in training camp. So no. He did NOT do what every other person has done.

Seriously, you think these are some kind of indictment against his character?

Not his character. Just his decision making. I would venture to guess that had he made it known reality TV would be showing up with him at training camp, he would have gone undrafted.

That said, when many people on here predicted he would be cut...he seems to be doing pretty well. THAT is what he should be judged on....his abilities as a football player. HE is the one turning it into something else.
