When has Georgia not had a DL that finished in the top 3rd in the conference based on TFL, hurries, sacks?

During the Richt era, I don't know that UGA's DL has ever finished in the bottom half of anything in the conference, except rush yards a couple times.

UGA will have 3 former Five * guys on the front 4 this year. Plenty more 4-stars mixed in. Not a big talent dropoff from what bama has.

I'm not saying they'll be #1 or #2, but saying they won't be in the top 3rd in the conference is just dumb. It's not consistent with actual history and tradition, it's not consistent with the extrapolation of star rankings of the players as recruits, and it's not consistent with the DL coach coaching them, Tracy Rocker.

2 seasons ago you were 9th in the conference in sacks per game

Bama has the best D-line this year..they are loaded and have tons of depth. Auburn and Ole Miss should be about equal
