A Day recruiting notes per AUC

AU appears in great shape with

-Eli Stove: close to picking a school & almost chose AU yesterday. Some on staff expected him to commit. Wants to talk to his parents before committing
-Elijah Holyfield: stayed in AU last night. Great friends w/ Trey Matthews. Gave & got great vibes with the AU staff
-Malik Miller: Staff really likes where things are w/ MM. Wants to do 1 more round of visits before committing. Could commit before Summer. Will be @ BCW on May 29th
-Marlon Davidson: going to A Day the day after Prom is big because it shows he wants to be there. Staff feels comfortable where things stand w/ MD.
-Jeawon Taylor: No hurry from JT. AU is in excellent shape unless Bama offers
-D'Antne Demery: 2017 OT. Top 100 prospect had a great time @ AU yesterday

Made a good move with

-Jawon Pass: AU & Louisville now coleaders. AU making a strong push
-Josh Imatorbhebhe: AU definitely in lead group. The visit helped
-Antwuan Jackson: Feels @ home & loves AU.
-Marcus Tatum: Had another outstanding AU visit & starting to fall in love w/ AU. He is a top OT target. AU has the best shot of stealing him from the Gators. He said A Day was far more electric than Florida's Spring game.
-Calvin Ashley: 2017 5* OT. AU made a huge move. Stayed 2 night & was blown away by AU. Got the AU "home" feel. Will come back soon w/ his family
-Malik Herring: 2017 5* DE. FSU & UGA were tranding. MH had a good visit & got a lot of personal attention from Boom.
Lowell Narcisse: brought much of his family who are pro LSU. They had a great time. Some close to him believe LN feels he is a better fit in AU's O. Mom had an AU hat on most of the day & the family didn't seemed bothered by the 6 hour drive.

#1 overall recruit in 2016 5* DE Raashan Gary told the staff he will visit AU this Summer.

Five-star wide receiver Nate Craig-Myers remains committed to Auburn and he said his recent visit to the school only strengthened his pledge. Craig-Myers continues to say he will explore his options with other schools, including Florida State, Florida, Alabama and Baylor, but spoke very highly of the Tigers and the school's plans for him in the offense. Craig-Myers plans to take several visits, with the schools listed at the top of his list, but said he intends on remaining locked into Auburn. In an unusual twist Craig-Myers said the Tigers have added his current girlfriend into the recruiting mix, with the Tigers coaches sending her handwritten letters to Craig-Myers' address. He said it's the first time a school has taken the tactic and that he's impressed with the effort.
