What on Earth is this based on? If it's something like raw power usage then yeah Vandy makes sense because we're a lot larger plus we have ORNL's super computer that requires a metric ton of energy usage but is that energy expenditure offset by other things and if so what?
I mean hell, what about programs? UT is a sun-grant institute (one of a handful) and is the HQ for the project which encourages alternative energy/solar energy projects and initiatives for universities across the entire region.
