Doubt it. The east has good teams. It's not the west though

Your intimate knowledge of the SEC is based on 2 years. Through the decade of the 90s, UF and UT were not just SEC powers but national title contenders year in year out, and UGA had a couple 10 win seasons and some 8/9s as well. The west essentially just had bama. The shift of power is cyclical.

In addition, you don't really realize how incredibly fortunate Missouri is right now to be coming in when UF and UT are as low as they've been in decades. And that's not hyperbole. This might be the worst stretch run in UT football history..if not then it's damn close. This run for UF is as bad as they've been since probably the late 80s, maybe even the 70s. There is simply no way those 2 programs will keep on at their current clip.

And yes, I realize your rebuttal will be "well, who says Missouri can't get better too?" They can, sure. But UF and UT have far higher ceilings than Missouri, and are more likely to be good year in/year out. This doesn't even include UGA, who is annually a pretty good/great team as well.

I'm not saying Missouri won't ever win the SEC. I'm sure they will at some point. But for htem and aTm to make it at the same time just doesn't look very probably any time soon.
