I'd be surprised if there were radio comm. Radio scanners are a big deal at NASCAR races. You can listen to your drivers radio comm during the race. I'll guarantee you someone at that race would have had a scanner and listened in on Stewart's radio. A big name driver at a local Saturday night race? Lots of interest in his radio comm, don't ya think? Some jackass looking for Internet fame would already be blasting everything that was heard all over the interwebs.
